As an Olive Garden Host, you are the face of our restaurant, creating the initial and lasting impression for our guests. With a genuine smile and engaging interactions, our Host team plays a crucial role in establishing a warm and secure atmosphere for everyone's dining experience. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that key guest and team member contact areas are consistently sanitized and disinfected. Our Hosts take pride in cultivating guest loyalty by warmly greeting and guiding them to their tables, presenting them with spotless menus, and offering helpful suggestions to enhance their meal. Ultimately, as a Host, you will complete the guest experience by sincerely thanking them for their visit, offering a friendly farewell, and inviting them to return to our restaurant soon.
