Material Handler

Job Description:

The Material Handler at FedEx is responsible for the efficient movement and storage of materials within the warehouse.This includes loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, and ensuring that inventory is properly managed and stored. You will be responsible for tracking inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that materials are readily available for shipping and production processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and Unloading Materials: Accept and unload materials or products from delivery trucks, verifying quantities and checking for damages.
• Inventory Management: Store materials in appropriate locations, ensuring proper labeling, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Transporting Materials: Use equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move materials and products throughout the facility.
